1. Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit secures your date. Full payment is due 14 days before the experience. We accept payments securely via Paystack.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• More than 30 days: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
• 15–30 days: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund (but transferable to another date within 6 months)
• Force majeure (illness, travel ban): Full credit or refund

3. Changes

We reserve the right to substitute venues or activities of equal or greater value due to availability or safety concerns.

4. Liability

Participants engage in activities at their own risk. We carry public liability insurance and vet all partners rigorously.

5. Photography

We may capture photos/video for marketing. Opt out by notifying us in writing before your experience.
